Phrasing and processing
One service we use is OpenAI services to help summarise a long text passage, turning it into a simple voice phrase or summary. For example, a long traffic plan document can be dynamically updated into two spoken phrases: a short summary, and more detail, when requested. This ‘chunking’ helps quickly deliver summary information to the caller, yet offers them more detail when requested.
